Returns/Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns/exchanges unless the product has an original manufacturer's defect. The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping damages are NOT product defects and must be reported immediately upon arrival for the shipping carrier to take care of. The product can only be returned after contacting us and receiving an RMA number.

NOTE: Over the past 20 years, we have encountered many situations where curious people will purposely break the rose to see if it's real, and then attempt to return it because of "damages" or "defects." Please know that we are very capable of discerning defects and shipping damages from intentional force and will heavily scrutinize any return attempts. All Living Gold products undergo a very strict quality control process and have an extremely low product defect rate of under 0.1%.

How should I prepare and ship my return/exchange item/s?

The items should be packed in the original shipping box with all the original shipping materials unless the box is heavily damaged. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. You will need to pay for the shipping cost as well as the insurance for the total value of the returned items.
