When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Most items will be shipped the same day if the order is received by 1 p.m. PST. Please keep in mind that shipping days refer to weekdays. Saturday delivery is only available for domestic "Next Day Air" shipments.

How can I track an order?

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment by either USPS (1-800-275-8777) or FedEx (1-800-463-3339). You can also contact us at [email protected] or 1-800-588-5460 for tracking information.

Does somebody need to be present to accept my package?

If your order is under $300, no. If your order is over $300, yes, a signature will be required. If no one is present at the time of delivery, package will be either held by the carrier for pickup or be redelivered. We can also ship to business addresses.

What are your policies on international shipping?

Items shipping outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties, fees, and/or taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee, and Living Gold Co. cannot control nor determine the cost. Customers will be notified by the local post office/collection agency and are responsible for paying these charges before collecting the items. Any items that are not collected in time or are refused will be returned to Living Gold Co., and customers are responsible for all shipping charges as well as applicable duties, fees, and/or taxes. Living Gold Co. reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries.
